Owners successively convey responsibility to new managers.
Since 2016, the Group has changed a lot. As emphasized by Andrzej Grabowski and Jerzy Borucki: "It’s time for a generational change in the Board". For several years, owners have successively transferred responsibility to young managers. In 2016 Miguel Coutinho assumed the post of General Manager of the Polmlek Group. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing strategies in Poland and abroad. Przemysław Mikołajczyk, who previously managed Polmlek's largest dairy plant in Lidzbark Warmiński, became the Chairman of the Polmlek Group and his duty is to manage all eight of the Group's plants. Przemysław Mikołajczyk and Miguel Coutinho report directly to the owners and are responsible for the result of the entire Group.
These changes do not mean the withdrawal of Andrzej Grabowski and Jerzy Borucki from the business. Owners will be responsible for the Group's expansion, and are already working to expand the business spectrum with more plants. "We have a lot of new ideas for the expansion of the Polmlek Group. We are planning further acquisitions, "says Andrzej Grabowski. Polmlek has jumped spectacularly from turnover of 600 million zloty a year in 2006 to 3.6 billion zloty in 2016. The owner's ambitious plan is to achieve a turnover of 5 billion zloty over the next three years.

The Polmlek Group created by Andrzej Grabowski and Jerzy Borucki is 100% Polish owned company. Currently it is among the most serious players in the food processing market in the country, whose turnover reaches 3.6 billion zloty a year. Group exports represent from 30 to 40 percent of the whole production. The Polmlek Group exports mainly to Arab countries, Asia, as well as EU countries. The Group includes, among others dairy plants in Lidzbark Warminski, Grudziądz, Lipsk, Raciąż, Gościnio, Gdańsk - Maćkowy, Maków Mazowiecki - MSM and juice production plant Fortuna in Tymienice.
