Polmlek Koneckie Milk is produced in the ESL technology in the least invasive way for the raw material, i.e. in the process of microfiltration combined with pasteurization at a low temperature of 72 degrees.
This process gives the best results and allows you to extend the shelf life, while maintaining the taste and nutritional values closest to fresh milk.
It must be stored in refrigerated conditions.
